Kasper’s Pool Safety Inspections

What we do

We are licenced and insured to carry out Pool Safety Inspections in Queensland (Inspection Licence: 102182).

Our aim is to achieve compliance for your pool on the first inspection.

Our qualified builder can carry out detailed Pool Safety Inspections in Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and surrounds.

As a licenced builder and carpenter, we are also licenced to carry out minor and major pool repairs and building works. This includes the installation of new pool fencing and repairs to existing fencing.

We have a detailed checklist that you can complete to help identify areas of concern prior to our inspection. This gives you the opportunity to rectify any non-compliance prior to the initial inspection, often removing the need for a re-inspection.

We can also provide detailed advice and guidance on ways to make your pool compliant in the most cost efficient way.

Did you know?

It is a legal requirement that all pools in Queensland are registered with the QBCC and comply with the Queensland Pool Safety Standard. If your pool or spa is non-compliant, you risk on the spot fines and are putting your family and friends at risk.

Many people do not know that it is not just large in ground pools or above ground pools that must comply with the law. All pools (including all portable pools that can be filled to 300mm or more) and all spas (even if they have a lockable lid) must all comply with the Queensland Pool Safety Standard.

If you are unsure whether your pool or spa is compliant, contact us today for a consultation.

Leasing, Buying or Selling a property with a pool?

At Kasper’s Pool Safety Inspections, we understand that being a pool owner is more than just checking the water and adding some chlorine! It is your responsibility to ensure that your pool is compliant and meets the safety requirements of the Queensland Pool Safety Standard.

If you are leasing, selling (and in some cases, buying) a property with a pool or spa, you require a Pool Safety Inspection and a Pool Safety Certificate.

At Kasper’s Pool Safety Inspections, we have transparent fixed rate pricing so you know exactly how much it will cost to ensure your pool or spa is compliant!
